Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy:

At Bigso, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

 

Return Policy:

You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as they were received, with all original tags, labels, and packaging included.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@bigso.com. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-3 weeks. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

Please note that personalized, used, or opened items may not be eligible for return. Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper use.
